2006 Georgia Shiraz
Shiraz is the flagship red for Canberra. Excellent tannin and colour extraction from low cropping fruit has produced a sophisticated wine with trade mark cool-climate black pepper and intense spice. Bouquet is spicy and savoury; the wine itself is “medium bodied with red fruit and prominent cinnamon characters”
