This is our first “sticky”. Fruit was left on the vines unti after the first frosts and the cool moist mornings of the Canberra Autumn allowed comprehensive botrytis infection. This wine has an intense bouquet of cumquats and marmalade. The luscious palate of dried apricots and orange peel flavours is balanced and completed by the honeyed lingering finish.
