2009 Blanc De Blancs
Our first bubbly is a Blanc de Blancs (sparkling Chardonnay) Method Champenoise, hand made in the true French style for us by Greg Gallagher, one of Australia’s leading sparkling wine makers. This crisp dry bubbly is pale straw in colour, has a fine bead and persistent mousse, and is bursting with aromas of freshly baked bread. A palate of citrus, green apple and nougat is beautifully balanced by mouthfilling creaminess and a very persistent finish. Drink when celebrating, as a great aperitif, or the perfect complement to oysters and seafood.
