This 50:50 blend of Sauvignon blanc and Semillon is fresh and lively. The citrus bouquet is followed by a palate of intense honeydew melon, gooseberry and citrus characters and the finish is crisp and clean. An excellent aperitif and a wonderful match to Asian foods or freshly shucked oysters
