This Method Champenoise Sparkling Chardonnay is handmade in the true French style for us by Greg Gallagher, one of Australia’s leading sparkling wine makers. It is crisp and dry, pale straw in colour, has a fine bead and persistent mousse, and is bursting with aromas of freshly baked bread. A palate of citrus, green apple and nougat is beautifully balanced by mouth-filling creaminess and a very persistent finish. Drink when celebrating, as a great aperitif, or the perfect complement to oysters and seafood.
