Petit verdot is a minor but pivotal component of the very best Bordeaux blends and we are the only vineyard with this variety in the Canberra district. Complex and well balanced, the bouquet is intense with black cherry and mocha while the palate is fruit filled, balanced by dark chocolate and vanillin oak. Great with game dishes or slow roasted beetroot.
