This sparkling red was a highly successful experiment!  Rare to find one made from Malbec and worth the three years it takes to make it.  Mulberry and bramble with a muskiness on the boquet and the palate.  Named after Julie’s mum, the sparkling Glen has been an instant winner. Match this one with maple syrup and macadamia glazed ham or try the dark chocolate experiment!
