This sparkling red was a highly successful experiment!  Rare to find one made from Sangiovese and perfectly timed for the festive season.  Dominant berry and cherry aromas, with just a hint of port. Palate is soft, has a well balanced acidity, and great length. Perfect with Christmas lunch, or any celebration.
