Medium bodied wine of great length and complexity. Black peppercorn and spice on both the bouquet and palate, cedar, tobacco leaf with well integrated oak, all lifted by a generous splash of co-fermented Viognier.  Very approachable despite Georgia’s up front and sassy reputation since 2006!  Beef and lamb dishes match well.
