This current vintage is made purely from Malbec. We name it Blue Rose for the intense purple/blue colour of the fruit when it was crushed. The bouquet begins with rose petals, strawberry and hints of musk. Palate of red berries and cherries is supported by an elegant tannin structure and crisp persistent finish. This is perfect to enjoy with summer salads and the company of good friends (although we often match it with decadent twice cooked pork belly!).
