Description

Sauvignon blanc predominant but has the richer back palate and mouth feel of the blend.  No “cat’s pee on a gooseberry bush” here! Both the bouquet and palate burst with tropical and lychee ripe fruit character and the long finish makes this a great food wine. We like it with blue eyed cod or barramundi.
