Method Champenoise hand made in the true French style- this crisp dry bubbly is comprised purely of Chardonnay. It has an attractive nose of freshly baked bread and toasted almonds followed by a generous palate of green apple, ripe pears and nougat and a refreshing finish. This could be our best vintage yet!! Enjoy very well chilled with seafood and celebrations.
