2019 Georgia Shiraz- the last of this vintage is soft and silky smooth and great with lamb. 2018 Georgia is bigger, bolder and perfect with your hearty slow cooked beef. 2017 Petit verdot is earthy, complex and best matched with venison and/or roasted beetroot! 2012 Petit verdot plucked out of a dark corner of the Cellar. Enjoy with aromatic or slight spiced red meat dishes. 2012 "Synergy" Cabenets merlot- our 5 way Bordeaux style blend.. best paired with a cheese platter, seated in your leather wingback chair in front of a roaring fire!…maybe theres a spotty dog asleep at yyour feet! 😉 2022 Chiara di Luna- our fortified Sangiovese- perfect with Old Gold Rum’n’Raisin chocolate or any steamed, spiced or sticky pudding
